Patrick’s passion for fitness is seeing his clients achieving their goals and kicking ass! Either from losing weight, gaining strength or overall being healthy and improving their physical fitness.
Patrick’s approach is to build an environment that allows every person to break down common walls and barriers facing them in everyday life. Life stresses and emotions can take an intense toll on us, which is why in training people tend to give up quite easily and not get to where they want to be. His goal is to tear down those walls that prevent you from achieving your goals. Training the mind is just as important as training the body; having a strong mind will allow you to tackle the problems you encounter in day to day life to therefore help you reach your goals.

Although Alex may be new in the personal training industry, with over 5 years of experience in fitness and lifestyle changing, he is a veteran in making goals become a reality. He specialises in gaining weight and muscle mass, strength and conditioning, cutting down to the single digit body fat range and weight loss. He also has an adept knowledge of plyometric training, functional training and primal movement patterns.
With over 10 years of experience in competitive sports, including basketball and state level athletics, Alex has a strong knowledge of training for a sporting and athletic purpose.
Alex is a lifestyle coach and strongly believes that changing your lifestyle is the key to long term success in creating and maintaining the healthy and happy body that you deserve. Alex strongly conveys that through changing your lifestyle you will not only feel better physically but also mentally, in all aspects of your life.

Joe has had 8 years’ experience in Personal Training he spent 4 years as Head Trainer of a Rugby Club in New Zealand where he was responsible for training both Senior and Junior teams in Cardiovascular and Strength Conditioning and ran Conditioning Camps for young athletes some of whom went on to represent they’re clubs and schools at the highest level.Joe also spent many years as a Mobile Personal Trainer training clients form their homes to help them achieve their fitness goals.
He also spent time as a Boot Camp Instructor conditioning and strengthening people to function and move properly. His focus has been Rehab and conditioning by doing so he’s been able to help clients who before seeing him weren’t able to walk up stairs without pain or even sleep at night to function move and live pain free lives.

Elissa Jewell is a personal trainer, certified Sports Nutrition Specialist, dedicated figure competitor and recipe writer with over five years of coaching experience.

As a certified Titleist TPI Golf Fitness Professional, and C.H.E.K Golf Performance Specialist, Andrew specialises in helping golfers of all levels hit the ball further and straighter, shave strokes off their handicap and continue to enjoy the game they love injury free.
A Personal Trainer since 2009, Andrew realised early in his career that he needed to upgrade his knowledge and skills beyond the ‘basics’ taught in Cert III & IV. As a result Andrew has advanced training in everything from Nutrition to Back Care, Kettlebells to Client Assessment.
A serious back injury in 2010 compelled him to take on further up-skilling. Andrew dedicated the next two years to becoming certified as a C.H.E.K Exercise Coach and C.H.E.K Holistic Lifestyle Coach, giving him advanced skills in the analysis of biomechanics, functional anatomy and kinesiology and the ability to take a holistic approach to his clients.
Applying advanced analysis techniques, Andrew combines rehabilitation, corrective exercise, postural correction, proper core training and strength and conditioning with sound nutrition and lifestyle advice into fun, holistic, individualised, workable programs.
Nathan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement) and specializes in injury rehabilitation and helping people overcome chronic ache and pains so that they can move more freely. From rotator cuff to lower back injuries, Nathan has dealt with them and will work in conjunction with your health practitioner so that you can go back to a pain free life whilst also achieving your gym goals. Pre-hab and mobility is another key element Nathan applies and strives to find tightness and weaknesses in the body and address them before they become an issue or an injury.
With over 5 years of experience in the industry, Nathan has come to understand that mindset and emotion play a huge role in achieving anything in the gym or in life in general. He will give you the tools to overcome any obstacles rather it by physical or emotional so that you will accomplish your goals.
