Stress is fast becoming the number 1 factor in making us unwell. Learning how we can calm our mind, focus our attention and reduce stress on the body can be transformative.
Alterego is a personal training studio which combines the benefits of fitness with the trans-formative power of meditation. Our fit-losophy is that for a person to be truly healthy, they need to approach well-being from a balanced, holistic and sustainable place.
