Paying attention, purposeful presence, the complete experience of every moment. Sound good?

That’s mindfulness.

We won’t sit around chanting in a circle (probably), but we’ll definitely give you some tips to calm that busy mind.We’ll teach you to be completely present every time you step up to the bar or crank through a conditioning circuit. We’ve seen PB lifts increase by 10kg and more through pure mindful presence alone. Not increased physical strength, but increased mental focus, clarity and discipline.

  1. Nourishment

Your physical progress will be 80% determined by what you do and don’t put into your body. Food, drink, information, all of it. We’ll work with you to determine the ideal nutrition plan for your unique body system.

But we’ll do much more than that.

We’ll check in to ensure you’re nourishing your whole self in the ways that best suit you. We’ll know you well enough to know that you didn’t spend an hour in the garden today, or that you’ve just come from a coffee catch-up with your sister because your eyes have that sister-vibe glow. Nourishment is more than food. We’ll help you discover what truly nourishes you.
