The new Alterego BUILD program is our unique adaptation of a proven training method that works incredibly well at developing strength and size which is commonly referred to as Power Building.

Strength and size are the underlying physical qualities you can expect to build by regularly attending the Alterego BUILD classes however you will also be training to develop other important athletic qualities and as such develop a lean athletic body.

Provided you adhere to other important factors such as nutrition and recovery you can expect to train hard across any of the 5 programmed days and make great gains in the above mentioned areas

The Alterego BODY program is all about providing the most potent and effective training prescriptions to either build muscle, decrease body fat or in some cases, both.

Nutrition plays a huge role in what type of physical change you see in the mirror here and as such you will be given guidance on how much and to a degree, what to eat by your coach.

The BODY classes are a blend of controlled protocols and specific conditioning workouts that are by design potent in their ability to place individuals in a state to either decrease body fat or build muscle tissue while also improving endurance, aerobic and anaerobic fitness and a variety of health markers

As such the Alterego BREATHE program is designed to help you in being able to adapt to and soak up as many gains as possible from the training and hard work you put in.

Along with helping you recover from your training, the BREATHE program will teach you ways in which you can deal with the regular stress we all feel from day to day life helping you sleep better, function in the workplace at a higher level, improving mood and overall well being are just some of the other benefits of the BREATHE program.
